Apostle Dr. Esther Ekwutosi Madubufo

Women call her the Apostle of Fruitfulness, and it's not just a nickname. It's the heartbeat behind everything she builds. Apostle Dr. Esther Ekwutosi Madubufo founded Standing Women because she kept meeting the same woman everywhere she preached: gifted, willing, and stuck. So she built a network designed to get women unstuck: through prayer, the word, and women who refuse to let each other settle.

Standing Women sits alongside a wider body of work she's spent years building. She's the Senior Pastor of Fruitful Men and Women Ministry International, founder of Save Our New Generation (S.O.N.G), a programme that disciples children in primary and secondary schools across Nigeria, and she's held leadership positions across the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and several international ministerial bodies. She preaches across Nigeria and beyond, and she's licensed to minister internationally by three recognised ministerial organisations.

Before ministry took over full time in 2017, she spent years in education, rising to principal of two secondary schools in Lagos. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including two PhDs (one in Christian Education, one in Psychology and Biblical Counselling), alongside academic training in political science, leadership, and human resources. She's also a published author of several books and devotionals. She's married to Apostle Dr. Edison Madubufo, and they have two children.

Apostle Dr. Edison Madubufo

Co-Founder & General Overseer, Fruitful Men and Women Ministry International

Before ministry, Apostle Dr. Edison Madubufo built a business career that stretched across computer hardware supply to major multinationals, foam manufacturing, media publishing, and international trade. In 2013, God redirected his path, and the same intensity he brought to the boardroom followed him into ministry. He now serves as General Overseer of Fruitful Men and Women Ministry International alongside his wife, Apostle Dr. Esther Madubufo, with a teaching ministry centred on reconciliation and fruitfulness. He is also licensed to minister internationally by three ministerial bodies.

His business interests remain active. He founded Mac-Vedoz International Resources Ltd, co-founded Vedoz Foams and Chemical Industries, and co-publishes Patriot Africa Magazine and Korrect Newspaper. He also directs Fruitful Peniel Football Academy in Lagos and has contributed to scholarship programmes for young people through partnerships with NGOs. A diplomat and major former supplier to Guinness, NNPC, the Federal Mortgage Bank, and other corporations, he brings a rare combination of business credibility and pastoral heart to everything he leads.

He holds two PhDs, one in Psychology and Biblical Counselling from Bethel Christian University, USA, and another from the University of Theological Studies and Seminary Nigeria, alongside two Master's degrees and two Bachelor's degrees. He is a native of Mgbakwu, Awka North, Anambra State.

GENERAL COORDINATOR

Evangelist Dr. Doris Onuoha

General Coordinator, Standing Women International Praying Network

Evangelist Dr. Doris Onuoha runs the day-to-day of Standing Women as General Coordinator, the person making sure every group, every conference, and every prayer line actually runs the way it's supposed to. She brings nearly three decades of human resources leadership to the table, having led HR and administration for organisations including A. G. Leventis Nigeria and Tempo Paper Pulp & Packaging.

Her ministry life runs just as deep. She's an ordained minister with the Living Faith Church, has served on the board of trustees for Fruitful Men and Women Ministries International, and has led as a minister and state coordinator for Christian Prudent Wise Women of Vision International. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University and is a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management.

Apostle Dr. Mrs Funmilayo Iroh

Advisory Board Member · Senior Pastor, Christ Unity Ministry (The New Breed Church)

Founder of Potter's Heart Initiative, a nonprofit walking teen orphans and single teen moms through education and vocational training. Her path ran through real estate and mortgage lending in Texas before ministry took the lead. She's married to Bishop Oluwafemi Iroh, and together they lead a family now spread across the US in both corporate work and ministry.

Apostle Dr. Mrs. Godwins Ebele Helen (JP)

Her theological training spans Emmaus Bible College, the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and a doctorate from Christian University, Lagos, and she was ordained into the apostolic office during ministry travels in the United States. She's led, taught, and mentored in ministry for decades.

Rev. Mrs. Sophy Nwanneka Mbanisi

Advisory Board Member · Pastor, Victory HolyGhost Mission, Isolo

Rev. Mbanisi pastors at Victory HolyGhost Mission in Isolo and lectures at Victory Bible Institute. As President of Victorious Women Fellowship and founder of Healing Heart Foundation, an NGO dedicated to widows and families in financial need, she has spent years building practical support systems around women who need them most. She is also a businesswoman.

Amb. Dr. Blessing Jibuike

Advisory Board Member · Founder and President, Support Missionary Aid International (SUMA) · President, International Ministers Forum (USA), Nigeria and Africa Chapter

Known as Mama Suma, she founded Support Missionary Aid International (SUMA) and currently leads the International Ministers Forum (USA) as President for the Nigeria and Africa chapter. Her missionary work has taken her across Nigeria, Africa, and Europe, including a climb to 5,500 feet in the Koma Hills of Adamawa State to reach communities no one else was reaching. She centers her work on community development, spiritual outreach, and uniting local churches around a shared mission of soul-winning.

Rev. Dr. (Mrs.) Rose Nkaku Okogbue

Advisory Board Member · Founder, Seed of Messiah Schools · Founder, Choices Youth Enlightenment Programme

Rev. Dr. Okogbue founded Seed of Messiah Schools in Lagos, a nursery, primary, and secondary school built on the vision of raising a total child: physically fit, spiritually alert, intellectually sharp, and morally grounded. She also founded Choices Youth Enlightenment Programme, which channels young people toward purposeful living through skills training and sports, and the Rose & Godfrey Foundation, which awards scholarships to students in financial need. She holds a BA in French from the University of Calabar and an MSc in Personnel Administration from Alabama A&M University, USA, and has authored three books on faith and decision-making.
